I agree with Eleonore when says that "this a great idea, concept, because it's true that upon the check-in process, you never know what you will be getting". When you to the theater or the opera you might the opportunity to choose your excacly seat, with the view you want; so you're sure of the experience you are going to get. Why force clients to have "surprises" (not always good ones) when they arrive at their hotels. Great idea, I hope it works well so other hotels will do the same!
